We use the finest ingredients including real butter & fruits including vine fruits, Turkish sultanas, and cherries these are all soaked overnight in brandy & lemon juice. The log is beautifully covered with a layer of almond paste & topped with a layer of royal icing. Each log has a stunning array of hand- decorated Christmas designs.
