Christmas Pudding


At Quigleys, we know the difference between a good Christmas pudding and an unforgettable one our recipe has been tried and tested over the years by our very own confectioners.

Our rich Christmas Pudding has plump fruits including citrus peel, cherries, and vine fruits – these rich ingredients are soaked overnight in Irish Guinness and Whiskey. After steaming our puddings for 8 hours they are then left to mature for several months which allows the flavours to soak into the mixture.

Our Christmas Pudding is delicious by itself or heated with double cream, brandy butter, or custard.
